Patchmaster的数据如何统计?
一般的幅度统计用PATCHMASTER 自带的测量工具就可以了.用显示面板上的MEASURE可以测出单个峰值的时间或幅度.
稍微复杂一些的用PATCHMASTER自带的ONLINE ANALYSIS功能.通过简单编程的方法,可以批量处理,会很大的提高数据统计的速度.
再复杂些的,就得借用其它软件了:
Counting events is not possible with PULSE. You can either use commercial software, such as Bruxton TAC or Synaptosoft MiniAnalysis program or download the free PATCH program from www.uni-frankfurt.de/~letz.
The MiniAnalysis program was written for analyzing spontaneous activities. It detects peaks of any type, any shape, and any size. TAC and PATCH are for single channel analysis. However, both programs can be used for counting events, too.
